Job Function:
Reporting to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.    Will use predetermined methods, operations, and prescribed specifications to perform and complete shipping & receiving of products such as machined parts and mechanical assemblies. 

Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Must meet ITAR definition of US Person(s)
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent 
Must have outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills, and be detailed oriented
Must possess basic computer navigation and data entry skills
Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Must have good telecommunication skills: i.e. scheduling, billing etc. 
Must have demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned tasks 
Must have accurate and competent use of all equipment related to shipping and receiving
Must have the ability to meet critical deadlines and work in fast paced environment
Must be familiar with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Participate in cross-training efforts; interacting with other departments to acquire additional skills and knowledge
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Must be able to write and document information clearly
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to perform overtime when necessary, including weekends when required
Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required

Preferable Experience:
1-3 years of previous shipping and receiving experience
Forklift operator certification preferred
Familiarity with MPCS is a plus	
Experience working in a Quality System certified to ISO9001, AS9100, or Nadcap a plus

Job Description:
Perform specified airflow inspections under direct supervision in accordance with appropriate company procedures, specifications and travelers.  Complete various departmental reports, including discrepancy.  Must maintain accurate record of daily production activity. Perform in a safe and productive manner in compliance with company policies and procedures.  Maintain work station in a clean and orderly manner perform other duties as required by supervisor or management.

Job Functions:
Will use and operate all required airflow equipment. Will follow sheet requirements and sign off on travelers as required.  Airflow / mold inspections will be performed while maintaining a close working relationship with Supervisor, Quality, and Process Engineering personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
Read prints, op-sheets, and travelers
Assist in proving out airflow molds through R&R and Gage R&R methods
Assist with customer master development
Prepare reports for external customers
Verify that all airflow operations are properly performed and signed off
Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required
Function effectively within a team environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in manufacturing and / or quality work

Proficient in computer applications which may include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and department specific systems/ applications

Job Description:
Fabricate and test airflow molds for internal/external customers. Troubleshoot and repair nonfunctioning airflow seals and molds.
Assist in assembling and upgrading multiple types of airflow stands.  Fabricate airflow tooling for internal and external customers. 

Primary Responsibilities:
Fabricate FMC equipment and tooling
Work with designers and engineers to produce tooling according to drawings and resolve issues
Design and construct templates and fixtures
Verify conformance of work piece to specification
Work effectively as an individual and in a team based environment
Perform job functions in accordance with MTI standards and practices

Requirements:

Trained candidates will be able to perform required operations, including loading and unloading of parts, part inspection, electrode preparation and changing; Cleans and performs preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of assigned equipment; Prepares various logs and records to document machine operation and daily production, enters required data into computer; Moves/transports parts to appropriate location as needed; Maintains safe, clean and orderly work areas; Receives, reviews, and /or refers to various records or reports including travelers, shift reports, SOP, safety sheets, reading Work Instructions , etc.; Prepares labor sheets and non-conformance forms; Interacts and communicates with various groups and individuals including the immediate supervisor, co-workers, and other shop personnel; Operates  grinders, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, masking, grit blasting, loading chemical strip tanks and furnace operations, etc.; Performs related duties as required.
